The historic manor house was built in 1842 and completely renovated in 2022, paying special attention to preserving the original structure of the estate.
The high vaulted ceilings, rustic wooden beams and sand-coloured natural stone walls reflect the typical Mediterranean island charm in all its splendour.
With a living area of 416 sqm, divided into 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one on-suite, we guarantee a very special living experience for up to 6 people.
On the ground floor of the house, you will find the living-dining area with a comfortable sofa, flatscreen TV, a large wooden dining table and numerous seating areas. Sit and relax here while enjoying your favourite music from the sound system, surfing the internet or having cool drinks and snacks from the minibar. In the colder seasons, the fireplace promises a cosy atmosphere and pleasant temperatures. Central heating is also available. From here you enter the kitchen, which impresses with its noble wooden design. Fully equipped with the most modern appliances, you will be able to satisfy every culinary desire even on holiday. A Nespresso coffee machine and a blender for your fresh orange juice promise the perfect start to your day. The large dining table and a wood-burning cooker evoke a wonderful retreat for evenings in company, especially in the cold winter months. On the ground floor there is also a full bathroom with direct access to the pool.
Stairs led up to the first floor, where you will find 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and a full bathroom. On the first floor of the finca you will find the master bedroom with air conditioning and en suite bathroom, as well as a private terrace from where you can enjoy a breath taking view of the sunrise.

The well-kept outdoor area offers you a wonderful oasis of peace and relaxation. The several metre high palm trees and the beautifully landscaped garden area of more than 1000 square metres create a paradisiacal ambience. Swim your daily lengths in the 6 x 4 metre pool or relax on one of the sun loungers.
If you are in the mood for action, challenge yourself and your loved ones with a game of table tennis. The covered terrace by the pool is perfect for spending time in the shade with your favourite book or enjoying a good meal at any time of the day. In the evening, the barbecue area with outdoor kitchen and large dining table invites you to spend pleasant moments in front of a splendid panorama.
The well-being of the little ones is also taken care of. The finca has a cot, high chair and baby phone, and a children's play area guarantees fun and variety during your holiday.

The town of Manacor with its numerous restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies, hospitals and the famous Rafa Nadal Academy can be reached within 5 km. If you want to play tennis, we will be happy to reserve a court for you.
The picturesque fishing village of Porto Cristo, in 10 km distance, with its beautiful bay and turquoise blue water, is always worth a visit. Or explore the spectacular Dragon Caves.
Golf lovers can improve their handicap on several nearby courses. Pula Golf, Club de Golf de Son Servera, Golf Club Canyamel as well as Club de Golf de Capdepera have fantastic courses and spectacular views.
