This picturesque natural stone built finca with its own private pool finds itself located in the municipality of “Sa Rapita-Campos”, the south of the Balearic Island, Mallorca and it offers a sublime view over the rural landscape, close to the crystal-clear water of the Mediterranean Sea.
You can enjoy total tranquillity and absolute privacy during your stay, as Finca Sa Vinyoleta is synonymous to maximum comfort and premium quality.
Last but not least, this venue makes the perfect holiday retreat for cycling aficionados, tennis, golf and any other sports which can be enjoyed throughout summer and winter.
The finca
The historic manor house was built at the beginning of the 17th century and was completely renovated and modernised in 2012, with special attention paid to preserving the original structure of the property. The high vaulted ceilings, rustic wooden beams and sand-coloured natural stone walls reflect authentic Mallorca in all its facets, lovingly selected decorative elements take you on a small journey through time.
On a living area of 325 sqm, divided into 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one on-suite, we create a unique living experience for up to 10 guests.
On the ground floor of the house is the living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, a large wooden dining table and plenty of seating and relaxation options with excellent internet access, portable sound system and smart TV.
Sit back and relax here with cool drinks and snacks from the mini bar. In the colder seasons, the fireplace promises an absolute cozy ambiance together with pleasant temperatures. From the living area you enter the fully equipped kitchen, which delights with its rustic character. A particularly nice detail is that part of the kitchen is located in an old, converted fireplace - pure nostalgia! There is also a fully equipped bathroom on the ground floor.
Stairs led up to the first floor, where you will find the 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning and a full bathroom. The master bedroom, one of the jewels of the house, is an open room on one side, connecting with one of the living rooms on the ground floor, with a surprising en-suite bathroom and a private terrace where you can enjoy total tranquility, ideal for enjoying the first rays of sun in the morning.
The other bedrooms are excellent for their adaptability, both for adults and children, and can sleep up to 4 people in one of them.
Pool & Dining
The well-kept outdoor area offers you wonderful peace and relaxation. A surface area of more than 1000 square meters creates a unique ambience. Swim your daily lengths in the 8 x 4-meter pool with Jacuzzi or relax on one of the numerous sun loungers.
The covered terrace by the pool is perfect for spending some time in the shade with a good book or enjoying a good meal at any time of the day. In the evening, the barbecue area, the wood-fired meat oven or the wood-fired pizza oven will entice you to continue with a magical evening in the chill out area.
The well-being of the little ones is also taken care of. The property has a cot, high chair and baby phone, and the pool area is fenced off to ensure the safety of your children.

Thanks to its excellent location, Finca Sa Vinyoleta is the ideal starting point for excursions and sports activities.
The beautiful town of Sa Rapita can be reached in 5 km. Here you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies.
The jewel of the island is the dreamlike kilometre-long sandy beach of Es Trenc, which can be reached in a few minutes, as well as the small fishing harbour, from where boats leave daily for the island of Cabrera.
Also worth mentioning is the proximity to towns such as Campos and Llucmajor with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, clinics and their respective craft markets.
Golf lovers can improve their handicap at several nearby golf courses, especially at the Son Antem Golf Club, just over 10 kilometres away. Cycling enthusiasts can explore the island on adjacent cycle paths or country roads.
